Is your beef grass-fed?
Our beef is grass-fed, but grain-finished. Our grains come from local farms and ranches that we partner with. We prioritize flavor and marbling to ensure high quality. Our cattle are never taken off pasture.
Why do we feed our cattle grain?
Even though we do have an abundance of grass. In Florida the grasses lack nutrients compared to other parts of the US. Supplementing our cattle with grain ensures they get the protein, energy, and nutrients for high quality beef.
